Changes to the way shared SSL is handled

As of 1/13/06, the shared SSL setup will be slightly different.  If you plan to use shared SSL on your site, your shared SSL URL will be something like this:
https://server.bluenoteweb.net/~username/

Please not that our billing system is now using that same URL.  The new URL to the billing system is:
https://beethoven.bluenoteweb.net/~bluenote/billing/
