When you purchase a maintenance plan, you are paying for a block of Blue Note time to be used however you see fit. You can use this time for any tasks related to your website - from minor updates to complete overhauls. We regularly handle for our customers:

Scheduled updates
Bug fixes and error tracking
Programming new functions
Layout and design changes
Copywriting for newsletters and web pages
Consultation and training, remotely or on-site*

It's almost like having a programmer on staff! Maintenance plans are offered at the following levels:

The fine print:

All maintenance plans require a contract, as detailed in the table above. After the end of your contract, your maintenance plan will continue to be billed until you request to stop it. As long as your account remains in good standing your rate is guaranteed and will not increase. Any time spent above the included hours will be billed at the then-current rate. Unused hours do not roll over.

*All long-distance telephone charges are the responsibility of the client. On-site support is generally limited to clients within 50 miles of our Denton, Texas office.
